Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

All preorders on the website must be paid in full.

All custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit.  Once we have agreed upon your order, we will be sending you an invoice via email. The balance of payment is required to be paid in full 10 days prior to your order being received. Got Baked Good does not accept cash payments.

We are not GST registered therefore will not issue a GST receipt should you require.

Collection Policy

Got Baked Good will package your orders as safely as possible before collection or transit. Once you or your nominated person has collected your order, we will not be any longer responsible for the damage of the product. Any concerns about your order must be raised immediately on collection. We cannot give a refund if there is mishap during your transit. It is the customers' responsibility to take full care of their order once it has been collected.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Got Baked Good will not issue a refund if a cancellation is made within 7 days. 


If you wish to cancel more than 7 days before your required collection or delivery, we will retain the 50% deposit and give you back the remaining balance if the invoice has been paid.

Allergen Statement

Cinnamon rolls have gluten, wheat, dairy (milk/milk products) and eggs. Traces of tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy may also be present.

We strongly encourage any allergies to be disclosed upon initial contact.
